VANCOUVER, BC, March 25, 2022 – BioHarvest Sciences Inc. (“BioHarvest” or the “Company”) (CSE: BHSC)announces that it has granted a total of 482,000 stock options to consultants and employees. The stock options granted are exercisable to purchase a common share of the Company at a price of $0.35 per share for a term of 10 years.
The 482,000 stock options granted will vest as follow: 240,000 stock vesting quarterly over a 3-year period, 215,000 vesting quarterly over a 1-year period, 12,000 vesting monthly over a 6-month period and 15,000 vesting monthly over a 4-month period.
